A styled sage and champagne bachelorette party candy bar with crystal candy and cocktail lollipops in apothecary jars

How to Build the Perfect Bachelorette Party Candy Bar (+ Why Lollitails Are My Secret Weapon)

A bachelorette party candy bar has one job: make people stop in their tracks, pull out their phone, and take a photo before they even grab a single piece of candy. And then obviously eat a lot of candy.

I've thought about this more than a reasonable person should. Here's everything I'd do if I were planning one right now — including the Luna products I'd put on every single table.

Start With a Color Palette, Not a Theme

Most candy bars go wrong here. People pick a theme — cowgirl, disco, beach — and then try to find candy that matches, which means they end up with generic wrapped candy in the right colors and nothing that actually tastes good.

Start with a color palette instead. Pick two to three colors that feel like the bride — blush and gold, black and white and hot pink, sage and champagne — and then build the candy selection around what looks and tastes amazing in those colors. The theme comes through in the signage, the vessels, the florals. The candy gets to be delicious.

The Anatomy of a Good Candy Bar

You need variety in three things: texture, height, and vessel.

Texture: Mix chewy and hard candy. Gummies and lollipops. Chocolate and fruit flavors. If everything is the same consistency, the table looks flat and people lose interest after the first grab.

Height: This is what makes the difference between a candy bar and a pile of candy on a table. Use a mix of tall apothecary jars, medium glass bowls, small ramekins, and a few statement pieces at varying heights. Cake stands work beautifully for this — stack them at different levels and suddenly it looks like a display.

Vessel: Clear glass always. You want to see the candy, because the candy is the decoration. This set on Amazon has 6 sizes and heights that coordinates beautifully. If you need a more budget set, consider this one that is 4 pieces.

The Luna Products I'd Put on Every Bachelorette Table

🍆 Lollitails™ — cocktail-inspired lollipops in flavors like Cosmo, Lemon Drop, and Blackberry Mojito. Zero alcohol, all fun. These are the product that makes people say "wait, what IS that?"

💎 Kohakutou Crystal Candy — Japanese-inspired crystal candy that looks like actual gemstones in your jars. Absolutely stunning on a styled table.

🍭 Sweet & Sour Candy Tin — perfect for filling apothecary jars and adding a pop of color at any height.

🦴 Luna Dipper Sticks + Dip Dust — the interactive element that gets guests off their phones and actually playing with the candy bar.
