Refund policy

We at Luna Candy Co.  take pride in getting your delicious lollipops to you safely. We meticulously package your order to survive the shipping journey. However, once it's with the carrier, things are a bit out of our hands.

Peace of Mind with Route Package Protection (Optional):

For an extra layer of security, you can choose Route Package Protection at checkout. This optional insurance covers your lollipops if they get lost, stolen, or damaged while on their way. If approved, you can get a replacement order or a refund (minus shipping and taxes).

Be Aware Before You Buy:

By skipping Route Package Protection, you acknowledge that Luna Lollies is not responsible for lollipops that are damaged, delayed, stolen, or lost during shipping.

Speedy Fulfillment:

We jump right on fulfilling your order as soon as you place it. This means cancellations after 24 hours but before we ship will only be eligible for store credit, not a refund.

Refunds:

All sales are final.  Store credit will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours from the date your order was placed.

We can't offer refunds based on personal taste or texture preferences – hopefully, you'll love our lollipops as much as we do!
