Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Luna Candy Co.! We carefully prepare and package every order to help your candy arrive ready to enjoy, gift, or celebrate.

Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout the United States and to Canada.  We can ship throughout the world but please see below for information on customs and know that international shipping can be pricey.  U.S. orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing & Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and do not include processing time.

Ordering for an Event?
If your order is for a wedding, shower, birthday, party, or other special event, please include your event date with your order. We aim to ship event orders with enough time for delivery before your celebration.

Because carrier delays can occur, we strongly recommend ordering early. Luna Candy Co. cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates once a package has been transferred to USPS or UPS.

Warm Weather Shipping
Candy can be sensitive to heat. During warmer months, please monitor tracking and retrieve your package promptly after delivery. Packages left outdoors, in mailboxes, or in other hot locations may be exposed to temperatures outside our control.

International Orders
We are happy to ship internationally but please know that customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country or carrier.
